Return and Refund Policy

All articles of clothing, including accessories have a 14 day return.
ALL BESPOKE ARTICLES ARE FINAL SALE.
All returned items must be in original condition-NEW, and not worn with no odors.
Reasons for returns include: damaged, wrong size, wrong color, or mistake (ordered twice).
Process for return, contact us to issue a return, we will email you a return label once you've inquired for return within 14 days (including weekends) of purchase.
Process of refund: Once your item is returned to The DRODROLAGI Apartment, expect a full refund within 3-5 business days.
